Thank you for your awesome write up! One question for you - what do your gas supply hose and connections look like? I've got the williams brewing ng orifice which requires a 3/8" female flare, and the honeywell gas valve with a 1/2" npt. I ordered Flextronics gas supply hoses which are 1/2"...
