Has anyone made an all grain version of this beer? It sounds amazing and I am trying to do the conversion so I can brew it but when I plug it into beersmith it tells me that my OG is going to be through the roof! like 1.200
any help would be great

I understand the reasons against doing half batches, especially with a 10 month old at home, but my stock just isn't turning over fast enough, and after a while I get tired of drinking the same 4 beers. that is why I want to cut down and brew more

so as long as I am only doing a primary I am ok? Good, that is what I was hoping to hear. And I figure if I want to secondary I do have 1 gal carboys for my winemaking or I could use a corny and just purge with CO2 right?
