I purchased some new equipment and have this saturday set aside for some free time to brew a batch, but have realized that I forgot to purchase a 21 inch stainless steel spoon to stir the 5 gallons with while its boiling. Anyone have any suggestions on random things around the house I could use...
After fermenting for 9 days so far I took a gravity reading and it started at 1.052 and last night was at 1.032. is it ok that its going this slow? temp is 62 degrees and i used montrachet yeast.
