If you find your hops missing this fall it wasn't me. What type are you growing? I've been wanting to get into it but I don't have room. Do they grow well in Utah?
I dry hop in keg. I leave them in til keg is dry. I've tasted no off flavors. I just toss pellets into hop bags and throw it in. No issue with clarity so far either.

Metric is simpler to use. you can exchange units so much easier. weight, volume, distance etc all can be interchanged easily.
