Well it carbonated! Not my best beer made a big mistake boiled it with the lid on it . And my hop choice are times were terrible strong hop astringent taste after taste ! I’m gonna stick with the tried and true recipes of all grain from here on out thanks . All Grain is not hard and worth it...

Well thanks I’m a beginner have done a few brews and I liked the taste of all grain out of all brews I’ve tried extract , brewin bag wasn’t bad but the all grains I have done were better thanks again

Oatmeal stout is correct

153 degree for 60 minutes Then 170 for 10 minutes to wash grains in mash tun?

Lower temp would be less dry?

Wlp001 California yeast 1.050 original gravity 1.013 final

Well I bottled today on day 12 of fermentation, I used 2 teaspoons per 40 oz bottle . Hope it turns out.

Thanks to all I bottled it today with 2 teaspoons of table sugar per each 40 oz bottle .I hope they do good and carbonate by Friday , I’m ready to drink it mug;

Well I was able to uncap and I added a 1/2 teaspoon so I ended up priming with 1 1/2 teaspoon per 40oz bottle I hope they prime good .

Dang I used 1 teaspoon guess I should have used 1 1/2
