I am honestly not sure. I will look for a PSI rating. Part of the reason I want to get rid of it is because my lack of knowledge on how to use it... also my wife complained when I had it in the fridge for my first batch.

I just got a 1.75 gallon mini keg. Most of my batch is going into the keg, but I will have a few bottles. I plan on naturally carbing. The keg calls for less sugar than carbing for bottles. Will there be any problem, with mixing the regular bottling amount of sugar to the whole batch and...

Right - but does carbing in the keg require the same amount of sugar as the bottles?

If I wanted to put half a brew in this and bottle the rest, would I have to carbonate them separate? Or could I just split the batch after I add the normal amount of bottling sugar?

I assume I would have no problem fitting this one in the main fridge?

Is it normal for the bucket to carry a slight smell of the previous brew? I've washed it thoroughly and I can't lose the smell. Is this normal?

I just hope it doesn't taste too watery. I think I started with 3.5 gallons. I will try to calculate my boil off rate tonight. Thanks for the tips.

I just bottled a 2.5 gallon brew and ended up with a good amount of beer left over. Probably 40-50 oz. I'm assuming I did not boil off enough. Will this ruin my beer?
