I just acquired a 7 cu ft. chest freezer that I would ideally like to turn into a dual purpose fermentation chamber, which can fit 1 carboy and 2 ball lock kegs.
My idea was to use a temperature controller to set the temperate for the kegs, then use another temperature...
Ideally I would like something easier to clean (I hate carboy brushes) and something easier to get hops in and out of for dry hopping.

I am looking for a solution to control temperature on my fermentation is a small space. I do not have room for a fridge, so I am evaluating the following:
1) SS Brew Bucket with the FTSs temperature control.
2) Glass Carboy with CoolZone temperature control.
To me, the FTSs seems more...
Either extract or all-grain is fine. I can do either. Would like to use north American hops if possible but I know a lot of east coast ales use English hops. So I am open to either.
