Watching football. Zero interest. I'm not big into sports at all, really, but football in particular has no appeal. Of course almost all my friends, relatives, co workers are big fans.

I use one, and have no issues getting a good crush. It's fast (with a drill), effective, and cheap. That being said, I've never used a roller mill. Maybe someone will give me one so I can do a side by side comparison...

I'm a fan of gin and occasionally enjoy scotch, but have been delving into good Irish whiskey lately. I also would really like to try some genever sometime, but haven't found a liquor store in my area that carries it.

funny, I've been planning on doing essentially the same thing - hoping to play the sour grape notes off the fruity flavors from the Belgian yeast. I'm doing a three gallon batch as an experiment. I'm curious about what recipe and yeast you used. Keep us informed how it goes!
