That's a lot of hops. I use these two in a pale ale. It's a great one. But no where near that amount.

We can still split it. I am coming down to pick up the grains.

So, I've traded for a bit of rye malt. I've done a little reading about rye style beers. I was thinking about a roggenweisse, but I want to split the rye bill with wheat. Kinda like a dunkel roggenweisse. Thoughts?

Reviving this thread. I brewed this recently, 2 small 1.5 gallon batches. Bottling today, both taste great precarbonation.
