Well, alrighty then!!

Thanks!
I'll be brewing this beer for the 3rd time - Let's Brew Wednesday - 1914 Courage Imperial
I have a pound of invert #3 which I was thinking on using for this recipe. I ordered it by mistake instead of #1 for another beer I brewed recently.

Dry Stout brewed yesterday and is fermenting with Verdant.
When I left for work this morning it was fermenting away with a small krausen.
I'll report back after it's kegged and carb'd.
I haven't tried these yet but most likely will.
That was my thought exactly.
I too have made homemade invert via the stove method and always wondered if it was the real deal or not.
I'll buy some Invert 1 and brew SUABP 1954 Gold Label for the second time just to try it out. Great beer it was.
I have a cookshack and love it.
Well worth the investment.

She had a snake for a pet
And an amulet
And she was breeding a dwarf
But she wasn't done yet
She had gray-green skin
A doll with a pin
I told her she was awright
But I couldnt come in
Great tune
