    Aerating your wort

    My aeration consists of the wort going into my fermentation bucket and shaking it. I've made many batches this way and never once have had a problem. Made a imperial stout this way with an end abv of approx 11.5% Another thing I have never done was yeast starters. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    Ok so I'm looking at buying a mini fridge for a kegorator build. I fou d a fridgidair on CL but they aren't sure of model. The fridge seems to be about 4.4 cubic feet.
