Brewed this today. Came in at 1.060 and the wort tasted nice. Nottingham, get to work !

No doubt - I pitched on Friday afternoon - came in high on SG at 1.075. Two days later it is at 1.020 (still bubbling using a regular airlock now). That's 7.24% ABV in TWO DAYS. I have never seen anything like that, and I have been brewing for 10 years.

HOLY FERMENTATION Batman ! Pitched Nottingham at 130pm yesterday - I have had to swap out blow off tubes about a dozen times so far. Wow ! Can't wait to see how this turns out!

Brewed this recently and enjoying one right now - DELICIOUS ! and super super deep red. Love it and will brew this again!

Came in at 1.046 but it's chugging away in our garage. We used Kveik Hornidal yeast.

I bottled mine, since it has to age a couple months to taste "right". I took a sip and it did have a warm alcohol feel to it, and the vanilla was strong. Can't wait for this to age and try one !

Bottled my first batch of this last night. Snuck a sip and wow - very complex. Now I wait a couple months and see ! Looking forward to it.
