    Confidence brewing

I believe the dme needs to be boiled for at least a short time. So adding it now is not a good idea.

Dali pizza! Yukon gold potatoes, red onion, black beans and Pf Changs Dali sauce (where I work) instead of pizza sauce. Sprinkled with toasted cumin seeds. Spicy and very tasty!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

My imperial version of this awesome recipe. 11 gallon batch. Added 5# of honey and an ounce of Columbus (just because I had it). 6.8% abv! It's still light and crisp. Which is exact what I wanted. Easy drinker but ya better be careful! She'll bite ya! I love playing with this recipe...

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Sorry, I forgot to say that I did an 11 gallon batch. Even so, without the honey the OG of this recipe is usually around 1.040 or slightly lower depending on your efficiency. This boosted mine to around 1.062. It fermented down to 1.010 so it worked out to 6.8%. I added an ounce of Columbus...

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I added 5# of honey to this. I did it simply raise the abv and to dry it out. I knew that I would not be getting any honey flavor out of it. It boosts the abv to 6.8 :rockin:

My Ugly Junk- Corona Mill Station...

Built mine this evening! Stole the idea right off this thread. Thank you for the ideas. No real improvements to add. Not yet at least. A friend is building a hopper for me to attach to the existing one. I can't wait to try it out!

What I did for beer today

Checked the gravity on the imperial centennial blonde I brewed a week ago. It's BM's recipe that I added honey and some Columbus to. Finished at 1.010 so it's about 6.8%.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Made an 11 gallon batch of this last Tuesday. It is the 4 or 5th time I've made this beer. I changed it up this time. I added 5# of honey to it(mostly because I had it sitting around) and an ounce of Columbus just because I had that too. Pitched some rehydrated Notty on it and within three...
