I looked at that pic and said to myself, I know I have seen that sign/layout somewhere.........Guiness Storehouse. Just had the pleasure of taking that tour a couple weeks ago. I now can pour a perfect pint...at least that what the certificate they gave me says.:mug:
sounds good, both of those are good alternatives to the one i found, my thought on the PS was that I would only run one pump at a time so I should not need more than amps......but we shall see .

My mash paddle made from some fairly green leftover white oak. Can't wait to brew my first all grain batch.......hell who am I kidding my first batch of beer period.:mug:
