    Grain mill HELP!

I am new to all grain and wanted to be able to crush my own grain so I could buy in bulk. All I did was buy a Victoria Mill, and did a few modifications. I am very happy with it. The 3 brews I have used it for Im between 75-78% fine with me. I payed $35 for it, and spent an hour doing a few...

    Favorite Base Grain????

Obviously I know to many it depends on style, but I was just wondering, what is everyones overall favorite base grain? The couple beers that I have used Maris Otter in have tasted so much better going into the fermenter then the others. Does anyone use this as almost a staple base grain?

It's much lighter then the picture shows, and is without a doubt the best beer I have ever brewed. Just a simple APA.

    Humorous homebrew names

My last PM before going all grain was a Belgian Brown Ale. Well when cleaning the bottles, I found a huge wolf spider dead inside a bottle that was stored in my basement for a while. This friggin thing looked like a dead tarantula. So the name of that beer became Belgian Brown Spider Ale.

What Temp Do You Like Your Beer To Drink???

Cracked open an APA that I brewed six weeks ago. I noticed it tasted much more full and actually better after it sat for a bit as opposed to real cold out of the fridge. Made me wonder if anyone else noticed this with their homebrews.

    Show us your humidor

I wish we could smoke in there. No man, just buy. You have no idea how big, and how much fun this is, and what a good time your going to have. The only word of caution I'll give you is pace! Its a marathon and not a sprint...lol. There is ALOT of beer there, and even though 2 oz is not going to...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Had fun brewing a homebrew classic (Cheesefoods Carmel Vanilla Creme Ale). I changed to to an AG recipe. I have had so many people ask me about this remembering it from like 5 years ago when I did the extract version. Fun to brew up an oldy but goody years later.

    Gelatin Finings

If gelatin works best when its cold as the link, and alot of people are worried about it dropping out too much yeast to carb a beer if bottled, then I would think that if its mixed in when bottling it would work well. The beer will be carbed, then chilled before serving. When its chilled...
