so i use 2-14 gallon ss bretech conical fermentors. i live in az and my garage can get up to 110 degrees, however the internal temp of my ferms stay at the set temp. the water cooler can drop beers down to 40 degrees. great for lagers. i filter my beers and cold crash with gelatin in the kegs.

Im a complete rookie i watched videos and jumped between this post and some others. However in my research i found a website that has different panels with schematics for a decent price. Ill try and find it today.
I had the same problem however i creased the bag along the sides and the food saver pulled out all the air and sealed it completly even with the flap on the back. I can show a video of the bag.
So i was sealing my hops with my food saver bags and got a wild hair and tried sealing the hops in the original bag... it worked! If somebody already did this sorry for the repeat.
