    nice thats cool I entered mine last year did not do so well only 30/50. I think part was I put it in 21A but called it a jalapeno cream ale. should have called it jalapeno ale maybe the judges where not so good . becouse everyone I give it to loves it

    well for a 5 gal batch I add 5 jalapenos for 3 days in the secondary,I do not add the vodka . I would try 3 peppers for 3 days then taste it if you want more heat let it sit longer but tastes sit everyday jalapenos vary so to take less or more time to get what you want almost time to make...

    I made this on a wednesday then into a keg by tuesday so six days then to keg wasnt clear but taste great had to power make it for my father in laws 60th birthday it was a hit with everyone I changed the recipe a little bit but not much want to say thanks to BierMuncher

    Parti-gyle capping?

    I have done something like that I used my first and second runings for a barley wine then added about 2 lbs 2 row and 2 lbs of vienna let that mash with a total volume I would need for the PG it was like 7 gal of water for about a half hour
