How is it even legal to sell known virus inoculated rhizomes? I would think that would/could make the virus spread and take out more of the industry...

I too thought all grain was going to require more equip but all I added was a MLT built from a coleman cooler, T-ball valve, and a SS mesh false side. Which cost me around $40. Then of course I built a wort chiller and bought a grain mill, then a motor for the mill etc. etc. etc.....

Much easier to change out the fittings on the system rather than putting beer in a commercial keg.
