Riwaka are nothing like Saaz. They are potent clean citrus, I would say close to centennial/cascade combo but cleaner without the earthy finish I always seem to get from centennial. Riwaka/Citra combo is my favourite for AA/APA.

The famous Jamil Evil Twin recipe uses 1/2lb crystal 120L, very similar to Special B. 6oz will contribute colour and subtle flavour.

For 5gal I would use 10oz of 60L and 6oz of special B and mash at 154F.

Maybe put your complaint direct to Selecthops rather than LHBS and at the same time ask them why they have labelled them ''product of New Zealand'' when Galaxy is a proprietory hop grown exclusively on a few farms only in Australia.

I brewed a beer similar to Sierra Nevada Southern Hemisphere Harvest Ale. It was a combo of Motueka and Southern Cross that turned out really good.
