I love this thread, but it's so painful waiting to save up the $$ to get the system!

Seeing a few of you doing things custom makes me wonder why BB doesn't enhance their current kettle/COFI offering.

So we know for a 15gal (with COFI) set up making 10 gallons were stuck at ~22lbs of grain and ~1.052 OG, but what about a 15gal COFI set up making 5 gallon batch? What do we figure is the max OG? Considering getting the 15gal set up for 5 gallon batches only.

Is it the WARN PullzAll Handheld Electric Pulling Tool? Just curious so I can be on the look out as it's almost $200 right now.

What's the downside of brewing outside, save for being uncomfortable and have to cart everything out there? Any other issues if it's real cold (<20F) or real hot (>90F)?
