Okay it looks like it says powdery mildew but I don't see anything about downy so I'm guessing I should go find another one that says downy.

I used an organic potting mix that I got from Home Depot. I may have part of a bag in the shed I can get a picture of tomorrow if it will help.

I just bottled an IPA with simcoe, mosaic, and citra. The sample I had at bottling tasted amazing. Your recipe looks pretty good to me.

Just thought I'd sound off in this thread. I live in NW OKC and have been brewing for a little over a year. I do partial mash and I mainly brew hoppy beers. I would love to meet more brewers and learn more about this hobby.

I made this exact kit early this year. I added the pound of DME at the beginning of the boil and the two cans of LME at flameout. It turned out awesome. I also added 2oz of cascade for dry hopping.
