I haven't brewed in a while, but since all the tap rooms are shutting down I thought it was timely to crank the eBIAB back up. Since I last brewed I put the basic Concord kettle system onto a "new" wooden structure. It's a table my dad built, probably in the late 60's or early 70's, for his...
I just bottled a batch of English Bitter that I have brewed for my first competition, that is being run by a local brew pub. It's a fairly ordinary recipe:
Maris Otter 86.5%
Crystal 40 4.3%
Crystal 80 4.3%
Carapils 4.3%
Black Patent 0.5%
East Kent Goldings and Willamette at...

Welcome to NOALA. The property sounds great.
As Brewskey said, you have a LHBS in Huntsville at Campus 805. When you get there, enjoy a local brew at Yellowhammer, Straight to Ale or Salty Nut. Three of several local breweries.
Good luck!
Sounds like your route could take you through Huntsville AL. Check out Campus 805. Yellowhammer and Straight to Ale have outside spaces on a grassy lawn. Salty Nut is just down the road a couple of blocks.

If the weather is not so good I spend the whole weekend on the golf course I'm going to have another go at trying to getmy homage to Norfolk bitter right.
