    Sankey decarb issues

Update Letting some beer sit through the coupler into the line allowed gas to exit the gas side. I think anyway.

    Sankey decarb issues

Trying to decarb a sankey keg. When I attach the coupler, no gas comes out at all. Trust me, its got a lot of carb, there is beer in there, its foamy when it dispenses. My only guess is it's so pressurized that the coupler has issues letting gas out. The backflow part is removed. I try the same...

Sanitizing corney kegs with boiling water

I've had some that only seems to sour once cold. Sits several weeks and I drink off of it, zero issues. Put in the fridge and it's done. Know something here?

    Sour after refrigerating

Thank you!! I was wondering this too. I don't have check valves. But it's not happening to all of them. I have 5 drafts with CO2 manifold and only two of them it happened to. So I don't think this is it. Which is good. But still searching.

    Sour after refrigerating

Warming up it definitely tastes less sour. Maybe not 100%. I wouldn't say I get chill haze. The opposite really. It clears the more it sets.

    Conical Temp Control Question

Have you thought about getting a really long house and pumping the wort up 6 steps then you don't have to carry it? I made a chamber, insulated it and use a window unit to keep it regulated.

    Sour after refrigerating

Why would a beer turn sour only after refrigerating? I had beer sitting for several weeks in kegs. I've been drinking it over this time at 65 degrees. Zero sour. On day 3 in the fridge, in a matter of hours, it turns sour. Two different batches did this. One was an IPA that lost all its...

Warming beer back up after cold force carbonating

I'm force carbonating for dayssss at 45 psi, canning, cooling it down to drink and there just isn't much head. Its got carb but a few bubbles when poured cold. Is carbing warm just not feasible? So im considering to chill it, force carb, can it, then let it warm up (it needs to warm up for...
