Samuel Smith- Making the butterscotch
Hey Bayoubabsy, Did you ever end up trying to produce that Samuel Smith yeast flavor? Any luck doing it? Let me know how it went. I know it is several years later, but I am very interested in how it turned out. I want to do something very similar and could use all the help I can get.- 68GTSDart

Sam Smith Yorkshire Stingo Bottle Harvest?
I know its several years later...but any luck? Tell me about your experience. Stingo is definitely one of my favorite beers.
