Well as I just got myself up and running down here in Australia no I did not have a blow off hose at the time when I put this down. When I moved from the states to here had to get rid of most of my stuff. I had over looked the fact I did not have one. I did not expect this batch to take off like it did. With in 4 hours the air lock was already bubbling away. As you can tell I was ready for it I put the whole carboy in my boil pot to catch any mess.
