Been camping the past couple days and got a few more to go, today stopped at a pub for some beer and food on our way to cherry spring state park viewing area. Hoping for clear skies... some fly fishing early this morning.

I actually just stumbled on it a little while ago, it's a good place for me to build a bucket list.

Ohhh trust me that's 99% of the time what I do and they are fantastic, I wanted to smoke these ones and the smoke gets into the meat a little better when fileted. But I couldn't agree with you more.

250f throughout 3 hours with a rub 2 hours wrapped.. with butter 1 hour with sauced. Done

Just got home from work on a holiday weekend, after work my brother in law needed help, so I fixed the lawn tractor at the elementary school softball field that my niece plays at. Seemed like the big pour was correct option.
